Alheira is a Portuguese sausage made from meats (in this case Pork) and bread.  Aheira has a long history, dating back to the 14th century being invented by the Jews in Portugal.  Alheira is great when grilling or roasting or enjoy them fried up alongside some french fries for good measure!
